New Delhi: Where stands Congress Party, we guess no where after the Sate elections. After the roll out of results of Delhi and other states (Madhya Pradesh, Chattishgarh, Rajasthan) the Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, upcoming leader Rahul Gandhi (RaGa) and the the Delhi Chief Ministerial Candidate Sheila Dixit seem to be in a blame game mood.
